slow booting up

I have been having problems with my start up. It sometimes takes 10 minutes to boot up and everything is very slow. I'm a new at this. Hope you guys can help. File is attached.

I haven't really understood what an antivirus do you use:

C:\PROGRA~1\Grisoft\AVG7\avglog.dll
C:\DOCUME~1\robert\LOCALS~1\Temp\OnlineScanner\Ant i-Virus\fsgk.sys
C:\Program Files\Rogers Online Protection\Rogers Online Protection\SafeConnect\Driver\platform_XP\SafeConn ectShim.sys

You should have ONLY ONE.
