W32.Sality.Y & .aa infection

My computer is infected with W32 sality.aa according to kaspersky virus removal tool.avira antivir reports that it is infected with sality.y. i would like the analysts to analyze the attached file from kaspersky and provide me with specific instructions on how to deal with the viral infection.i have read similar cases of sality infection symptoms such as the registry being edited by the virus and my computer has those symptoms.pls respond as soon as possible.thank you.

I burned the image. I wonder, is this cd for windows xp? it's because im using winxp. i was expecting a disinfecting script for kaspersky virus removal tool 2010. thanks for the reply. i'll try this method.thanks aleksandra.

You need to check all the hard drives and removable drives with Live CD Vba32 Rescue.
