getting a code? for analizing.. English please

I have several suspcious files and Kasp. has cought several viruses and I tried to delete them but I wont delete. Tried to in safe mode also. Tried to delete temp files and some would not delete. Then I disabled the system restore. How do I get help? What do I need to do?
