Clean my computer

I cannot re-load Kapersky Internet Security 2011. I received a message that my computer may be infected and that the AVPTool should be downloaded to scan my computer. I downloaded AVPTool and did a manual scan which created the attached file avptool_sysinfo.zip. I hope this file will help to clean my computer so that I can re-load my Kaspersky program.
