all usb ports not working

hi when i opened my computer yest no usb ports were working . i am sending log as attachment. let me know what to do

Switch off/Disable:
- Antivirus and and, if you have - Firewall.
- System Restore


- Execute following script in Manual disinfection

begin
SearchRootkit(true, true);
SetAVZGuardStatus(True);
ClearQuarantine;
 QuarantineFile('C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\admin.exe','');
 DeleteFile('C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\admin.exe');
BC_ImportAll;
ExecuteSysClean;
BC_Activate;
SetAVZPMStatus(True);
RebootWindows(true);
end.

After reboot execute following script in Manual disinfection

begin
CreateQurantineArchive('C:\quarantine.zip');
end.

and upload the C:\quarantine.zip over the link Upload quarantined files on the top of this page.
- Update your system, install Service Pack 3, all subsequent updates and IE8
- Make a new log file of AVPTool.
- Attach a log to your new post..
