The attached popup (GIF file) occurs when jumping from one URL to another using MS IE. This does not happen when using Opera browser.

Same problem occurred a few weeks ago, but Kaspersky Virus Removal Tool seemed to catch the bug.

Now, none of the virus tools on my system catch it. That includes: Kaspersky Virus Removal Tool, Advanced System Optimizer, Windows Defender or McAfee...
