Trojan virus deletion

Hi,
I can delete this TROJAN virus (see attached report) if I restart my computer . Please, could you send me a good solution to definatly remove it ? Thanks.

Switch off/Disable:
- Antivirus and and, if you have - Firewall.
- System Restore

- Execute following script in Manual Cure

begin
SearchRootkit(true, true);
SetAVZGuardStatus(True);
ClearQuarantine;
 QuarantineFile('C:\RECYCLER\S-1-5-21-1438335660-4584624434-067397223-8524\schl.exe','');
 QuarantineFile('C:\WINDOWS\system32\tabhook.dll','');
 DeleteFile('C:\RECYCLER\S-1-5-21-1438335660-4584624434-067397223-8524\schl.exe');
 Regkeyparamdel('HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE','SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon','TaskMan');
BC_ImportAll;
ExecuteSysClean;
BC_Activate;
SetAVZPMStatus(True);
RebootWindows(true);
end.

After reboot execute following script in Manual Cure

begin
CreateQurantineArchive('C:\quarantine.zip');
end.

- Remove Bonjour
- Upload the C:\quarantine.zip over the link Upload quarantined files on the top of this page.
- Attach a log to your new post..
