cannot delete trojan.downloader: win32/Renos.DZ

Hi,
My window defender notices the trojan.downloader: win32/Renos.DZ. However, after deleting it by window defender, it continues to annouce the same issue. Can you help me to fix it?

All the tools have to be started AS ADMINISTRATOR

What Antivirus do you use? WinDefender? Kaspersky? It's not recommended to have more than one on-access scanner.
BTW: Kaspersky's new version 2010 is issued.

Switch off/Disable:
- Antivirus and and, if you have - Firewall.
- System Restore

- Execute following script

begin
SearchRootkit(true, true);
SetAVZGuardStatus(True);
 TerminateProcessByName('C:\Windows\msa.exe');
 QuarantineFile('C:\Windows\system32\textwareilluminatorbaseProtocol.dll','');
 QuarantineFile('C:\Windows\msa.exe','');
 DeleteFile('C:\Windows\system32\textwareilluminatorbaseProtocol.dll');
 DeleteFile('C:\Windows\msa.exe');
 DelCLSID('{CE5CD329-1650-414A-8DB0-4CBF72FAED87}');
BC_ImportAll;
ExecuteSysClean;
BC_Activate;
SetAVZPMStatus(True);
RebootWindows(true);
end.

After reboot execute following script

begin
CreateQurantineArchive('C:\quarantine.zip');
end.

- Remove Bonjour
- Clean Temp-Maps, Cache of Browsers, Recycler. Use Windows service tool cleanmgr or CCleaner or ClearProg
- Close all the programs and start only Internet Explorer!!!
- Repeat 3 log files.
- Switch Antivirus and, if you have - Firewall, on.
- Go On-Line
- Upload the C:\quarantine.zip over the link Upload quarantined files on the top of this page.
- Attach 3 logs to your new post..
