[help] i cant acces safe mode, and cannot update my kaspersky

i cant enter safe mode of my computer and my kaspersky cannot be updated.
I update my kaspersky with off-line way.
many times i download the virus data base, but it always have something corrupted in it. I dont know, but it always happen every time i update. And there something strange too, in every database i download, the file which is corrupted is same. ????
what happen with my computer? is it any viruses in it?


(note: my computer also sometimes hang and then appear a blue screen with message in it. In this message written

It can be because different things, first off all you should do a system update: sp3 , etc; check disk for errors ...

PCMAV RealTime Protector Service- it is possible the reason of yours problems, lets delete it.

Better disable antivirus before updating., if safe mode will work, better to install sp3 in safe mode.
