    Unable to update or download

    I am unable to update Kaspersky Online Security 7.0. I tried virus removal tool and reinstalled the software, but no luck. I could not even download virus removal tool from computer. I downloaded on another computer and transfered to my computer. Everytime I try, I get this error message:- "Error unable to connect update source". I also tried Kaspersky updater, It also gave the same kind of message. I do not have problem with other internet sites, when I open Kaspersky.com, even the icon pictures do not show on the screen. It shows red (X) instead.I am using XP Pro. Report is attached. Please help me in this matter.

    Please download in my signature special avz. Put in new folder, for example on Desktop.
    lunch it and execute this script:

    Thanks for your answer. I downloaded special avz. But i could not figure out, how to run the above given script. Do i need to scan the computer first or not ? please tell me how to execute the given script. When I run the software, it opens the window (AVZ Antiviral Tookit). Please tell me how to use it. Thanks

    If after restart there will be something in quarantine, please send us as you did it before.

    Try download and install latest kaspersky version, as i remember it is 2009 (8.0.0.506)

    Try to update and make a full scan.
    then, read carefully http://virusinfo.info/showthread.php?t=9184 and use special avz from my signature to create logs.

    I tried to find those files, but I could not find them. I think they do not exist anymore. I also tried to update quarantine, but there was nothing to upload. Still, I am unable to downolad anything from Kaspersky.com. I uninstalled older version of Kaspersky Online Security. Sometimes, When I start my computer, It does not boot properly, So I have to restart (sometimes 4 times).

    download now from my signature special avz,
    create a new folder on your desktop i put it there.
