Why do I have so many system failures, stop, slow down and shut down? My computer is good and most of the software is professional.
I guess some bad installation was made, or some malware is interfering.

Unfortunately you'd used a very old version of AVPtool. Pls. use an actual one or download the AVZ - tool, as described in the rules: http://virusinfo.info/showthread.php?t=9184
You have to prepare 3 Log files as described and attach them to your next posting.
