AVZ - File - Custom scripts
Execute the following script (copy it, paste it in the script window of AVZ and execute):

begin
 QuarantineFile('C:\WINDOWS\system32\Drivers\mchInjDrv.sys','');
BC_ImportQuarantineList;
BC_Activate;
RebootWindows(true);
end.

Your computer will reboot.
Upload the quarantined file according to the Appendix 3 of the rules. (upload here http://virusinfo.info/upload_virus_eng.php?tid=22244 )

It is better you deinstall Spyware doctor. AVZ and your antivirus are better.
Please download the new version of AVZ (the download link is in the rules http://virusinfo.info/showthread.php?t=9184 ) and make new logs.
