security is at risk but no viruses are found

The antivirus keeps on warning about a risk on security, but it cannot find any virus. I've also run AVPTool without success.
I've tried to install the latest version of the software, but during the installation the software warns me that it cannot proceed as there are threaths in the computer.
In attachment you'll find the System information.

I've been waiting for your support but it has not come.
I've had to fix on my own, by trial and error, the problems due to your antivirus software.
