KIS2010 and Virus removal tool unable to remove Hidden threat

KIS 2010 recently detected C:\sccfg.sys and says it is a HiddenObject.Multi.Generic after i connected a laptop hard drive via usb connecter to transfer files.

KIS 2010 or the Virus removal tool says it will remove the virus then asks to restart the computer but it continues to show it is still on computer. I have disabled system restore and have run the programs in safe mode. Can you advise please? Thank you!

By default, the utility outputs the log into system disk (it is usually the disk with installed operating system, C:\) root folder.
Logs have names like: UtilityName.Version_Date_Time_log.txt.
E.g. C:\TDSSKiller_Quarantine\23.07.2010_15.31.43
