Tld3 (Alureon) root kit Removal problems

Hi,

On August 20, 2010 my computer contracted the TDL3 (Alureon) root kit. That root kit caused my Google searches to be redirected. As a result of one of the redirects I got a drive by virus infection that required using a number of tools to remove it. Now I'm back to the issue of just the Google redirects but haven't been able to get any of the programs to remove it. Could you please take a look at the attached file and help me? The program that revealed I had the root kit was Hitman Pro 3, but it didn't remove the root kit.

I don't see any rootkit, but I see

Windows version: Microsoft Windows XP, Build=2600, SP="Service Pack 2"

unpatched system, which not be supported from Microsoft anymore.
You have to install Service Pack 3 + all updates + IE8.
