Kaspersky doesn't upgrade - Blacklisted license is damaged

I installed Kaspersky Antivirus about a week ago and everything went ok until this morning, when I had some problems with windows 7: it didn't start correctly. So I had i system restore to a precedent point of restore and when it restarted, Kaspersky didn't work. The message was, and is, that the blacklisted license is damaged. I tried to upgrade the software by the website but it said that it was impossibile. I wish you will be able to help me.

Black list is corrupted

or

Blacklist License Key ..
