Win 7 Dell Inspiron Shutdown abnormally on virsu scanning

I'm using Win 7 64bit Home Premium on Dell 1564 laptop. Norton IS is installed and being regularly updated. I was in China that i feel the system is getting slow and using too much CPU resoureces. When i run quick scan it shows several tracing cookies and clear them and i restarted the system to find everything normal. After an hour or so usage the same problem came back, i ran a complete system scan and there the problem started, the system shutdown instantly without any prior notice. I've tried safe mode but same result, even with Norton Boot Scan CD the same problem happend.

EVen now in the Kespersky Virus Removal tool, same is the problem in Safemode and in normal mode.

Desparately need help.

Have you received BSOD? If YES - pls. post the informations from it, if NOT - go to Start -> Control Panel -> System/Advanced, under the Startup and Recovery section, click Settings..., under System Failure un-check "Automatically restart" . Then post the information from it or make a picture.
