Windows xp loads and then freezes

I'm using windows xp and it lets me log on but then the computer freezes. I can still move my mouse but when I try to click something the mouse freezes too. I ran a deep scan and it deleted three files but my computer still does the same thing. Please let me know if you know what to do. Thanks

Run PC in NORMAL MODE.
- Execute following script in Manual disinfection

Repeat log in NORMAL MODE
