All my virus and malware programs have stopped working

I was searching on the internet for something and visited a website that I believe infected me with malware or a virus that stops all my anti-virus and malware detection programs from working.

I had AVG 8.5 installed and up to date although I know now that there is AVG 9. When I open that program it states that there are no components available.

Windows Defender gives me the error "MSASCui.exe application error. The Application failed to initialize properly (0x800000003). Click on OK to terminate the application."

Malwarebytes anti-malware program just does not start when I click on the desktop shortcut. Even tried it with Run as administrator and nothing happens.

Also this may or may not be related but when I try to burn a dvd/cd from Nero I get the error message "
Please ask your administrator to install Nero Burnrights etc....
" and if I click OK the only available drive is the Image Recorder even though I can access my cd and dvd drives fine. I have reinstalled Nero and still have the same problem.

Last item is that any time I try to go to an anti-virus site I am redirected to random pages.

Please help if you can.

Hello,
1. All the logs must be made in normal mode only.
2. Besides of AVG you have the rests of Symantec.
3. You don't have Service Pack 3 and Internet Explorer 8 installed!!!
4. You'd used the ancient version of Hijackthis?!
That is why:
1. Remove all antiviruses (AVG and Symantec), clear you system from the rests:

- AVG Remover: http://www.avg.com/us-en/download-tools
2. Install Service Pack 3 and all updates
3. Install Internet Explorer 8
4. Repeat all the logs, but without errors this time
