Bsod or trojanї?need instructions

hi, my name is daniel maybe im not doing this in the right way but i need some directions, im suffering whit a virus, trojan or maybe a bad windows 7 update, rite now im using windows 7 in safe mode is the only way i can use my computer since when i go into normal mode i just get what ppl call "the black screen of death" is the black desktop with only the mouse and cant run anithing not even task manager or "run" application so i cant run any of the applications to run the test or analisis so my question is, can i run the test in safe mode? or in other case i will need some instructions to run the test and be able to post something so plz help i have done all in my rank of knowledge and theres nothing i can do thans a lot

Pls. make the logs in accordance with the rules. Otherwise it would be just impossible to help you.

Yes, like i said BLACK screen, no error at all not hangs up or stuff like that just a black background with the mouse and nothing else... yes thats what i asked, if i can make the logs in safe mode since im hands tied in normal mode, thanks for the answer

In safe mode you'd like to make only 1 log ref. p.2 of Analysis.
