Zombie Spam Machine! ISP is cutting off service!

I'm not a spammer, but my computer is, apparently.

My ISP informed me that it sent 118,000 emails in one day, and then another 19,000 emails the next day. They told me if I don't get this fixed, they will permanently cancel me as a customer if it happens again.

I have Windows 7 x64
I had AVG 9.0 FREE installed, but apparently it didn't help.

Please help, I hope I've attached the correct log files below.

AVZ doesn't work on Windows x64.
