Viruses wont leave my computer

My kaspersky 2010 showed me that i had a virus and i tried the restore wizard, i tried the system restore for my computer, i tried to have kaspersky scan and delete the virus and it would not go away. i emailed kaspersky and was told to try a number of different things, including what i tried above. i haven't had one whole day to try and dedicate myself to trying all these methods (very busy at work), so as a result i have accumulated 3 more viruses (according to kaspersky). Another option, according to the email, was to download the kaspersky anti virus tool and follow its instructions (which i am in the process of doing now). So, I am very desperate in getting the viruses out of my computer because i do not want them getting any of my information...Please help me out!

Hello,
Switch off/Disable:
- Antivirus and and, if you have - Firewall.
- System Restore


- Execute following script in Manual Cure

BC_Activate;
CreateQurantineArchive(GetAVZDirectory+'quarantine.zip');

RebootWindows(true);

- Upload the ..\avz\quarantine.zip over the link Upload quarantined files on the top of this page.
- Make and attach the new log

Thanks very much, I appreciate the help. i followed all of your directions, but the last part where you are asking me to upload the avz/quarantine.zip files to the thread, my computer wont let me. the files are not zipped and my computer wont let me zip them and the upload will only take zipped files. What should be my next move? Also, when you say make and attatch a new log, do you mean create a new thread with the quarantine report attatched?

I found it and uploaded it. Am I safe? Can I reinstall my antivirus software?
