My comptuter & the sudden turn off

Just after I started up my computer, a note showed on and said that the computer will turn off, and after 60sec it turns off.
While the computer is on, I could not accesses to word й excel saved documents, and could not open a new page of the both.

I'm sorry. but the file you've attached isn't the log file that could be used for diagnostics.
When the attention note appears try to open command line and execute the command

shutdown -a

The timer will be stopped.
After that go to control panel - system - bookmark "advanced options" and there in the section "start and restore" (I'm sorry, I can't see the english interface right now, so I'm not sure about the names of the sections - they may differ) uncheck the box "automatic reboot".
After that, make the logs as it's described in the rules of "Help me!" section.
