Advertisements keep overlaying 2/3's of my current screen whenever I'm on computer

I apologize in advance for my lack of computer experience. I have done everything the instructions by Nick Golovko "Before You Post" guide say to do up to Appendix 2. I do not know what or can't find the AVZ, go to "File" - "Add to quarantine by list".

I was able to attach the "hijack this", but unable to attach the AVZ file due to it being too large.

If anyone can contact me by telephone or I them, I believe that would be the only way I can do this, by having someone walk me through the instructions. or possible screen share if you have the capabilities.

First of all you must generate 3 log files. About Quarantine we'll speak later.
