First off all, you should uninstall symantec drivers, you have something from 2003 year . What is this?
It is not good to have different drivers from different products with same functionality. You can find their remove utility, if you had before an antivirus or firewall from symantec : http://service1.symantec.com/Support...05033108162039

Also, you should uninstall kaspersky and upgrade it to latest version from official site. Your version is not supported anymore.
