I don't see malware in your log, perhaps you should follow these rules:

Anyway, i see that one important file doesn't in "white list" , so we would like to see a copy of it.
In order to do it, please execute the following script:

begin
 QuarantineFile('C:\WINDOWS\system32\DRIVERS\tcpip.sys','');
end.

Please, zip the quarantine folder (it should be in sub folder of your avptool)
with password: virus
and upload us by the link:http://virusinfo.info/upload_virus_eng.php?tid=30367

the manual cure call me to scan the system and send the repost to analysts and reiceved the script from it,
how can i get the script?

Please send the quarantine as i described in my previous post.
