Requesting help for troubled computer

I appreciate any help. I think my computer is infected, It runs extremely slow, When im on Internet Explorer i get random web pages without clicking on anything. I have tried many virus removers nothing has worked.

P.S. I think you may uninstall AVG AntiSpyware: such programs are unneeded when you have got a "full-size" antivirus (Symantec).
