Hello everyone
my problem is that i have clicked on a link on msn recently. And since then, my pc is always frozen and I cannot do a system recovery because i do not find any recovery point !!!
I have downloaded Kaspersky Virus removal and done the manual disinfection, and i told me to send you the report and that you will give me a script.

I cannot find any suspicious item in your log. You'd like to install SP2 for Vista and all updates. Pls. pay attention, that Service Pack should be in the same language as your system is!!!
