hi, please
in my pc the realplayer , media player clasic and any media program
do not play my media file ..... just it is work for a period of time after pc turn on ..... all of that happened after cleaning my registry
so, please help me faster

Your Logfile shows nothing suspicious. What did you clean the registry with? Has this tool backup-function?

If you are lucky, then the only thing you have to do is register one dll file.
I'm not sure this is going to work, but try downloading RegShell. No install needed.
Open the program by double-clicking the executable.
Find the System32 folder in WINDOWS on the left and highlight shmedia.dll in the dll-list on the right. Hit 'Unregister'. You will get a message that shmedia.dll was successfully unregistered.
Now highlight shmedia.dll again and click 'Register'.
