Вы посоветовали сменить пароль почты, что я и сделала, но это не помогло, так как сегодня получила новое письмо с угрозами. Привожу полный текст письма, только свой почтовый адрес в тексте заменен . ....)

Такой лог ещё сделайте.

Скачайте Adwcleaner 6.047, запустите, откажитесь от обновления, если будет запрос. Далее продолжайте по инструкции Malwarebytes AdwCleaner и прикрепите лог сканирования.

Просканировала, но ничего не удаляла. Было обнаружено 29 дефектов.
