Письмо от вымогателя-шантажиста

Здравствуйте! Сегодня с собственного электронного адреса получила мерзкое и гнусное письмо с угрозами от шантажиста-вымогателя.
Сомнительные сайты я не посещаю, так что компрометировать и шантажировать меня практически нечем, но перспектива обзавестись "Трояном" пугает...
Тем более компьютер стал плохо работать, зависать. Может угрозы приводятся в действие? Помогите пожалуйста. Как поступать в подобных случаях?

Вложения к письму от 01.02.2019. Во время сканирования компьютер периодически зависал

Такие письма рассылались массово еще в начале января. Пароль от почты смените.
