Try to reinstall Kaspersky.
Since when do you have this problem?
This started about a week ago. Kapersky was in the process of updating and it stalled at 87%. I rebooted the computer and then I could open Kapersky; however, it would not update. Now I can not open Kapersky and can not reload the software.
