I'm sorry, but sality is a file virus, it infects executable files so it's impossible to get rid of it using scripts. You need to check all the hard drives and removable drives with anti-virus several times until any alerts have stopped. You'd better make checking starting in the safe mode, or using live-cd, such as DrWeb liveCD for example
