May be my system is infected

Well I am sure my system is Infected. When I scanned my system using Kaspersky Internet Security 2009 it did showed me different type of virus each time I ran a Scan. So I ran a Kaspersky virus removal Tool, and the

Switch off:
- Antivirus and and, if you have - Firewall.
- System Restore

- Execute following script

SetAVZGuardStatus(True);
 QuarantineFile('c:\program files\rizbronics\rizcash\rizcash.exe','');
 QuarantineFile('c:\program files\rizbronics\rizcash\rizscan.exe','');
 QuarantineFile('E:\autorun.inf','');
 DeleteFile('E:\autorun.inf');
BC_ImportAll;
ExecuteSysClean;
BC_Activate;
RebootWindows(true);
end.

After reboot execute following script

begin
CreateQurantineArchive('C:\quarantine.zip');
end.

After reboot:
- Clean Temp-Maps, Cache of Browsers, Recycler. Use Windows service tool cleanmgr or CCleaner or ClearProg
- Close all the programs and start only Internet Explorer!!!
- Repeat the log file
- Switch Antivirus and, if you have - Firewall, on.
- Go On-Line
- Upload the C:\quarantine.zip over the link Upload quarantined files on the top of this page.
- Attach new log to your new post..
