still my HARDDISK IS INFECTED...so now help me what i should do??

Recently I purchased a product of kaspersky lab - "KASPERSKY INTERNET SECURITY 2009" on 09 july 2009.After that I COLLECTED MY ALL DATA INTO AN EXTERNAL HARD DISK....n formated my whole system..and after that i installed this product on my laptop and run this according to instructions....and it didn't showed me any virus on my system and my external harddisk..... but still my EXTERNAL HARD DISK is INFECTED and it showed me an infected sign like blue icon inplace of hard disk sign.according to product manual instructions so i went on this link.....http://www.filehippo.com/download_ccleaner.....and i installed a ccleaner and run but it also didn't showed me any error....so again i went on this link.....http://devbuilds.kasperskylab.com/devbuilds/avptool/ ..........and i installed a virus removal tool and run according to instructions in safe mode but still it didn't showed me any infection in my system but still MY EXTERNAL HARDDISK IS INFECTED AND IT SHOWED ME A BLUE ICON IN PLACE OF HARDDISK ICON......SO PLEASE TELL ME IS MY HARDDISK IS STILL INFECTED OR NOT???? I THINK ITS INFECTED FROM TROJAN HORSE VIRUS..........SO NOW TELL ME WHAT I SHOULD DO?????????PLEASE HELP ME AS SOON AS POSSIBLE......I M EAGARLY WAITING FOR YOUR RESPONSE....

In order to help you, we need to see logs from your system.Please read carefully http://virusinfo.info/showthread.php?t=9184 and make all 3 logs. Do attach them to your post.
