Ad-Aware 7-8 prevents me from executing KAV 2010

Hi,

Last week, I renewed my KAV purchase. For downloading, no problem - but, when I want execute it, KAV asks me to remove a "Ad-Aware 7-8" (that I thought having deleted with Lavasoft). When I go in Panel of Config. (Add/Delete Programs), it's impossible (in addition, I have no more the Modify/Delete possibility), and if I let KAV do it itself, it asks me to reboot, and all that stuff begins again...
As you asked, I join the files you required.

Sorry, but, despite your help (thanks), I have exactly the same problem I described in my 1st message : Ad-Aware is yet somewhere in my PC.
I join an attachment (hope you can see the image) of a screenshot of what I see in "Add/delete programs" when I try to delete it manually. As I told already, if I let KAV do it itself, it reboots the computer and begins to reexecute until that moment when that damned "Ad-Aware 7-8" appears again...

Sorry, the picture with request of installer is too small. What path is reqiured?
Did you try to run Registry clean-program of CCleaner?

Sure, I tried, but did I do the right things ? I'm not sure now (because I'm not busy with just that stuff).
I join larger screen shots (reason for which I deleted the precedent ones) : on the left, when I tried with "Delete entry", on right with "Run uninstaller".

Must I analyze and "run cleaner" the windows Regedit ? It's done.
Really, I don't know exactly what to do, and I'm afraid to delete some important element.

I don't see any traces of Ad-Aware. Is your problem solved?
If not:
Pls. start AVZ, Service/Registry Search and search for "Ad-Aware". Save log.
Than search for "Lavasoft" and save the log under any other name/in another place. Upload both logs in one ZIP-Archiv.

No, problem not solved.
If no mistake, there the zip containing "ad-aware" and "lavasoft".

After reboot run the key search once more an remove all found Lavasoft/Ad-Aware-Keys

As always, I did what you said. I thought all was ok when I saw that "Ad-aware" had disappeared from the "Add/Delete Programs" panel (screen capture joined).
I deleted too the KAV 2010 I had installed in "My Documents", booted an rebooted 3 or 4 times. Therefore, after re-re-downloading that damned kav in their site, when it's "executing", always same message in the window : "Ad-Aware 7-8", and etc. etc. And now I'm sure I have NO ad-aware or lavasoft in my register keys (I deleted all of them).

All that takes too much of my time : I think I'll ask Kaspersky to pay back my purchase...

Maybe yet, a last solution : do you think it will work if I download the free ad-aware lavasoft and next delete it ? (Or must I delete all the cleaners programs : CCleaner, avz, hijackthis, malwarebytes and Regcleaner ? I have all that...)

You could try to do it :) But I would ask you: why did you purchase anything without testing? KL gives 30 days trial periode to test it's software.

When I said "installed", I meant just "downloaded" (sorry). About installation, I always installed it in "C:/Program files".

I purchased it because, as I told already, it was a renewal. I have KAV for 3 or 4 years, and it worked all right until now.

Remove Kaspersky, start kavremover from the command line, repeat this for each installed version of Kaspersky, then remove all survived Kaspersky-Folders manually - I see some of them has the date of 2008 :O

Problem remaining... ("Ad-Aware 7-8" while executing kav2010, etc.)

I removed Kasp, and its register keys with avz.

About command line, maybe I seem (or am) stupid, but I don't know exactly what to write (I think they are not so clear here : [URL]http://support.kaspersky.com/fr/faq/?qid=208279463[/URL]) - screenshots joined.

About the manual removing, What exactly to do ? Delete the "*.tmp" in
C/Doc & Sett/Admin/Local Sett/ Temp Int Files [etc.] ?
