YWV.exe virus on my computer (заявка №62173)

Пользователь обратился [URL=http://virusinfo.info/911test]в сервис 911[/URL], указав на следующие проблемы в работе его компьютера:
The ywv.exe virus takes over my computer and starts running whenever I open a program. When I click on an antivirus program, the registry editor, or msconfig, either an error message displays saying that the path of such program cannot be found or nothing happens at all other than the virus opens in a fake Windows Vista 2011 security center screen. I have been able to open task manager from time to time and was able to detect the name of the ywv.exe virus. Through task manager, I found its location of my cpu but it's invisible or maybe it's not there at all. Task manager list the virus' location here on my cpu: C:\Users\guitar\AppData\Local. If you can help me remove the virus, I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks
