Not able to open the files (заявка №53124)

My system tool 2001 is scanning the computer and showing some 38 viruses. It is showing the warning that my computer is infacted by spyware. The system's performance is slow. I am not able to open any folder or files or photographs. I have run kaspersky virus removal tool but it didnt help much.
