Can not delete virus detected by Kaspersky Internet Security 2011 (заявка №49697)

I can not delete this virus Rootkit.Win32.Agent.bert in C:\windows\system32\drivers\pcwzkrv.sys
I have installed a trial version of Kaspersky Internet Security 2011 but it did not sort this problem. I have then installed Kaspersky Virus Removal Tool 2010 but after detecting it after rebooting Kaspersky Internet Security 2011 shows that it has not been deleted and still a active threat. I have now run this manual scan and sending you the report. I'm trying to update the database which is obsolete in Kaspersky Internet Security 2011 but it failed several times. I'm planning to purchase a license to install Kaspersky Internet Security 2011 or the latest version ( pure ) before the Trial Version will expire as soon as i can get my laptop function normally.
