continuing problem (заявка №40668)

Пользователь обратился [URL=http://virusinfo.info/911test]в сервис 911[/URL], указав на следующие проблемы в работе его компьютера:
I already have an ongoing request with to to try and get a virus off my computer. You have guided me through 3 stages but for the past hour, the stated which says` please wait, your process is being processed` have been there for over an hour. I received an email in relation to this but it doesnt say anything. Can you help please?
