There are some active threats which I\'m not able to fix. (заявка №48950)

Пользователь обратился [URL=http://virusinfo.info/911test]в сервис 911[/URL], указав на следующие проблемы в работе его компьютера:
This is the previous case id 47639 where It was requested to re-install the windows. I have just reinstalled the windows and after the new installation I have got couple of issues. I'm not able to Run windows Updates, there are some active threats in kaspersky internet security which i'm not able to fix. I can't install Microsoft windows Player 11 version. Some trojan was deducted by antivirus I don't know whether it is been deleted or not. Couple of more issues as well.
