Fatal Error at Installation of KAV 2011 (заявка №47648)

Пользователь обратился [URL=http://virusinfo.info/911test]в сервис 911[/URL], указав на следующие проблемы в работе его компьютера:
If Installation-Routine is started, a few minutes later a message of "Fata Error" comes. I should install the "virus removal tool 2010" what i already did.

After it, i did a restart of computer and tried to install again.
But the same message came again. Now should install the "virus removal tool 2011", but i can't find it. So i startet den "virus removal tool 2010" again, but now i choosed the "manual desinfection" and should send you an Log-File.
