Cannot install Kaspersky ; States Virus May Be Installed ; Error Remains Even After Autoscan of Virus Removal Tool (заявка №45225)

I had a virus this morning that completed changed my desktop background (System Tool 2011).
I purchased Kaspersky Internet Solution this morning (from another computer) and attempted to install. Upon running KIS I rec'd a message that I may be infected and to download Kaspersky Virus Removal Tool.
After running the tool in Autoscan, I still receive the same message while attempting to install KIS
