cant install the Kaspersky I\'ve bought : virus already in my computer (заявка №38720)

I'vz bought kapersky internet security 2011 but can't install it. Actually, I've been buying it after a virus attack. This virus is the kind that takes me, whatever I'm doing to a pop up window that look like an anti-virus and then, transfer to an internet site to buy the up-date.. I can't open an file because it is saying that there a virus in it; and then takes me back to the internet site to buy their anti-virus (and give my credit card, as I suppose).

Here is the license number of my kaspersky internet security 2011 : TMD11-2MS5S-6XGRV-14RUH
