Cannot Install Kaspersky Internet Security (заявка №37663)

Пользователь обратился [URL=http://virusinfo.info/911test]в сервис 911[/URL], указав на следующие проблемы в работе его компьютера:
I have tried to use the disk to install and it has failed. I right clicked the file and went to setup manually and it will begin then say it cant initialize because my comp may be infected. I then downloaded the avp removal tool (had to manually because it would not upload automatically) and that did not help. I tried to upload the disk in safe mode as well and still no results.
