Virus can not be deletes (заявка №37388)

Пользователь обратился [URL=http://virusinfo.info/911test]в сервис 911[/URL], указав на следующие проблемы в работе его компьютера:
Kapsersky picks up a virus Rootkit.Win32.ZAcess.eu. It will not let me delete it just ignore it.

I have run in safe mode and it does delete just does the same thing and recognises there is a virus.

I have tried to run rescue disk but it stops running and my computer shuts down.

I have email support and they have told me to run the virus removal lab and it picks up the virus but does not delete. I think the virus comes back every time i log on.

I am not sure if they are linked but I have an internet redirector i.e. every time I load a page it goes to a different page. I can back arrow and it goes to the original request
