Send Report for manual scan (Virus Removal Tool 2010) (заявка №37230)

Пользователь обратился [URL=http://virusinfo.info/911test]в сервис 911[/URL], указав на следующие проблемы в работе его компьютера:
A virus called Think Point is on my computer. I am trying to install Kaspersky, and get this message:

The Setup Wizard could not install the AVPTool utility automatically. It is possible your computer is infected. Please download the AVPTool manually from http://support.kaspersky.com/viruses/avptool2010

I did so, followed the instructions on performing a manual scan, and clicked on "send report" link. It has taken me here.
