Cannot delete infected files (заявка №31552)

Пользователь обратился [URL=http://virusinfo.info/911test]в сервис 911[/URL], указав на следующие проблемы в работе его компьютера:
Both my explorer.exe and winlogon.exe files contain a trojan, but neither AVG nor your antivirus/antimalware programs seem to be able to remove it so that i can replace it with files from the service pack. Both need to be replaced simultaneously so that the virus disappears.
