Assistance needed with virus removal

My computer is a 32-Bit Windows 7 computer.

I have attempted to run Kaspersky Virus Removal tool, but that has proved unsuccessful because I have been forced to restart a number of times due to errors and requiring the computer for school-work. Kaspersky has also told me I have these problems:
