virus \trojan removal

Running kapersky internet secruity 2010 has detected 12 viruses. under detected threats list one event virus heur:trojan.script.iframer

Can't be removed by kapersky internet security 2010 so I have downloaded kapersky virus removal tool I am currently scanning PC but I am not sure if this is going to remove it.

I have uploaded zip file to the site but I did not see a place to describe the issue. any help with this would be greatly appreciated.
